Senior Software Engineer, Loyalty
Senior Software Engineer for the Loyalty team, building points, rewards, tiers and subscription features. Work across frontend, backend services and the database to deliver and operate loyalty products.
What you'll do
- Design, build and operate end-to-end Loyalty features
- Design relational data models and safe migrations for money and points
- Integrate third-party loyalty providers with reliability and idempotency
- Use AI coding agents daily and maintain accountability for output
- Improve observability, performance and reliability of the platform
What they're looking for
- 5+ years building production software across frontend and backend
- Strong backend experience in Go (Node.js acceptable)
- Frontend experience with React/Next.js and TypeScript
- Experience with relational databases, modelling and query performance
- Daily hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools
