Legal & Contract Manager MEA
Legal Counsel role providing hands-on commercial and regulatory legal support for Arabic-speaking markets. Based in Abu Dhabi, reporting to the General Counsel and partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- draft, review and negotiate customer and procurement agreements
- advise on export control, sanctions and trade compliance matters
- support governance, board documentation and statutory filings
- coordinate external local counsel and manage legal spend
- build contracting standards, playbooks and approval processes
What they're looking for
- qualified attorney or in-house counsel with about 5 years' experience
- native-level Arabic and fluent professional English
- proven experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts
- eligible to obtain and maintain required security clearance
- genuine interest in defence, dual-use tech or AI
