Talent Acquisition Manager
Lead a small talent team while owning go-to-market and business hiring across the region. Operate as a hands-on manager responsible for hiring strategy, processes, and TA systems within the People function.
What you'll do
- Run end-to-end GTM and business hiring processes
- Build outbound sourcing and close senior offers and comp discussions
- Lead and develop a small talent acquisition team
- Design hiring plans, intake and request-to-hire processes
- Maintain TA playbooks, data and AI-enabled recruiting stack
What they're looking for
- Talent experience at VC-backed startups or scale-ups
- At least one year in a people management role
- Proven track record closing senior GTM and leadership hires
- Experience hiring across UAE and/or KSA markets
- Strong process, ATS and hiring metrics proficiency
