Operations Excellence & Automation Specialist
Operate and improve Stake’s operations by documenting, measuring and automating processes. Role sits in the Operations team and partners closely with Product and Tech to deliver changes across core money flows.
What you'll do
- Maintain operations process register and detailed SOPs
- Run root-cause analysis and convert findings into fixes
- Build and prioritise automation backlog and write specifications
- Deliver and test changes across dividend, receivables and payables flows
- Create dashboards, incident monitoring and hand over changes with training
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in operations, process improvement or operations excellence
- Proven experience mapping, documenting and automating processes
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, SQL and building dashboards
- Experience using AI and low-code tools to remove manual work
- Fluent English and a bachelor’s degree
