Engineering Manager
Manage and grow the Tabby Card Activation engineering team, combining hands-on backend work with people leadership. Work with Product and cross-functional teams to build scalable systems that support card growth and monetization.
What you'll do
- Lead large cross-team projects to production
- Write code and participate in architectural decisions
- Oversee technical debt management and incident handling
- Hire, mentor, and evaluate team members
- Drive AI adoption across the software development lifecycle

- 5+ years backend engineering experience
- 2+ years as an Engineering Manager
- Experience with scalable, high-load distributed systems
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, GCP, GitLab, microservices
- Strong English communication skills
