Operate and manage Bybit’s digital wallet infrastructure within the local finance and operations team. Role focuses on secure administration of hot, warm, and cold wallets and transaction handling for the platform.

What you'll do

Operate and administer hot, warm, and cold wallets
Execute and oversee crypto payments, transfers, deposits, withdrawals
Rebalance wallets according to company policy
Reconcile wallet balances and investigate discrepancies
Create and maintain SOPs and security policies for wallets

What they're looking for

3+ years in digital asset operations or custody
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CS, IT, or related field
Deep understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and DeFi/Web3
Hands-on experience with custody, multisig, MPC, exchanges
Professional fluency in English
