AI Engineer
Build and operate the end-to-end AI/LLM architecture for Qashio’s spending platform. Work within the AI/ML platform team to deliver production-grade, secure, and modular AI components.
What you'll do
- Design and own AI and LLM system architecture end to end
- Build reusable platform components like model gateway and agent orchestration
- Implement security controls for SSO, RBAC, data isolation and auditing
- Establish evaluation, observability and release gates for models
- Partner with product teams to deliver reliable, overseen solutions
What they're looking for
- 5+ years software engineering experience with Python and backend APIs
- Hands-on production experience with agent SDKs such as LangChain or OpenAI Agents SDK
- Experience building permission-aware RAG and ingestion pipelines with vector stores
- Experience with evaluation, tracing and CI/CD release gates for models
- Experience implementing guardrails and fine-grained permissions controls
