Strategic Finance Manager
Strategic Finance Manager responsible for planning, forecasting and financial performance insight across UAE and KSA. Role partners with founders, executive team and department heads to support strategic decisions and investor reporting.
What you'll do
- Own annual budget, rolling forecast and long-range planning across UAE and KSA
- Build and maintain core financial models and run scenario analysis
- Own monthly KPI reporting and prepare financial performance commentary
- Partner with teams to validate data and align commercial and accounting reporting
- Develop Board, shareholder materials and support fundraising due diligence
What they're looking for
- 5-8 years in FP&A, strategic finance, banking, PE/VC or consulting
- Expert financial modelling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Proven ability to present to senior leadership and board stakeholders
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
- Experience in fintech, proptech, real estate or asset management
